354cb2a675 handle non-ASCII emoji names
* use the more inclusive regexp for validating emoji names
* always normalize emoji names, aliases, categories

the latter point is necessary to allow matching, for example, `ä`
against `a`+combining diaeresis

this will also need to bump the version of `sfm-js` once we merge
